In our camp we seek to fully potentialize the abilities and qualities of our players by working the following areas:
Coordination and Physical abilities:
Strength.Resistance.Velocity/Speed.Mobility.
Technical Work
Ball hittingPassing/Receiving.Conduction/Ball control.
This training goes simultaneously with what we call EDUCATION of MOVEMENT since it is very important for us that a player knows how to correctly run, scramble, jump, etc.
